Kellen 11 Months

Our little Turtle is accumulating quite the mouth of choppers!  Last count was 9, and trust me you want to be very careful when you count!  He has 5 on top and four on bottom, or wait is it the other way around? Any which way you count it is a weapon!  Plus he is learning how to use them and now carefully chews his wittle snacks and cookies. Cheese puffs are his new favorite and he will quickly shove 3 in his mouth if given the chance. Then smile at you when you scold him. Of course it's absolutly adorable.

To a parent watching their child's personality grow and blossom day by day until you have this special, funny, beautiful little boy is so amazing.   He is so very smart and has quickly realized how to make you come running when he wants to. He knows that right before bedtime is book time... so he will try and make you read at least 10 books. Then he quickly figured out that if he tosses his oui out of his bed onto the floor, you will come in and return it to him. Then if he is cute enough, and fast enough he can swing his chunky little arms around your neck and try to escape.  Plus do not even get me started on how he pounds on the wall, then look at the camera! Way to smart already!

We started at My Gym a few weeks ago for a few reasons. One to get him out of the house... it's 10000 degrees here right now. Also so he can meet other babies his age. We go on Tuesday and Thursday each week and I have to admit I really enjoy it to. Kellen loves to crawl in all the tubes, balls, swings, and slides. I enjoy chasing him and burning a few extra calories. The best part of all is he is learning that not everything is a CAT or a DOG.  Then on Mondays we have story time at the Library. We are very, very busy as you can see!

Time is running quickly by and I am trying to make sure everything is ready for his big First birthday party. I know that he will not remember it, but I will treasure every single second of it. I will never forgot who was there, what we ate, watching him eat his very own cake. Oh and I will cry... like a thousand times. Because Me and Daddy will never, ever feel exactly this way again. This is such a special day to us, and we will show Kellen just how special, how much he is loved one day.
