Kellen Is 18 Months

Today is the big day, 18 months ago we brought a little turtle into our world. As each day passes we find a new amazing way to fall in love. I really cant wait till he can talk, really chat us up. The things this kid is going to say. He already knows how to work a room and get a laugh and he will play to it. For example he is learning how to shake his head yes, except he cant seem to grasp it, so he moves his whole head like a chicken. We always laugh so hard and so he keeps doing it. Oh and we ask him where the gun show is and now he makes two muscles and says "BAM". He has a bit of his Daddy in him.

We still are going to My Gym a few times a week and now we are part of a Mommy group. We had our first play date yesterday and it went really well. Hopefully Kellen will make some new friends and Mommy will too. Besides that we play outside, go to the park and walk the dogs. Busy, busy, busy. Kellen will be going to the Doctor for his 18 month checkup next week, I am excited to see how much he has grown in the past three months.

I think he almost has all of his teeth now, just one or two more to go and we are finished! Then we get back to normal sleep right? Kellen loves to brush his teeth, he has like 10 toothbrushes. He leaves them pretty much everywhere and then Soleil promptly eats them. So we are brushing two sets of teeth.

y not one, not two, but all six of his blue puppies with him. We had quite a few back up's and that way if one was dirty, or lost we would always have another. He found the back up draw where we keep them and now he pulls them out one by one and tries to walk with them. He sleeps with them all and will not allow you to leave one single one behind. Cute huh?

Last weekend Kellen was invited to his friend Adian's 3rd birthday party. While there he ate two pieces of pizza, a bowl of fruit, and a piece of cake. Everyone else was done eating and off playing games and our turtle was sitting patiently swinging his feet munching away on pizza. It was so adorable, thank goodness he gets so much exercise.
