Just like a tiny weenie bikini I have decided to hang up the dress for my sisters wedding as a reminder of why I am not drinking. It seems to be working, I have lost 6 pounds and saved a ton of money. So the dress will stay put watching me, teasing me, motivating me to stay strong. Only a few more weeks left and still 9 pounds to drop.
I miss the days when you wanted to lose weight all you had to do was stop drinking or give up carbs. Those days are long gone, now it takes everything you have and then some. Gym, diet, gym, diet, gym, diet repeat.
